During this time, the focus of our kitchen will for once not be on fine dining but turn into something really new:
Street food inspired cuisine with an Asian and Latin American twist!
Starting our journey in the Far East, chef Daniel is currently working on some brand new creations such as Japanese pig`s stomach or Hamachi with ice made of soya and lime. On 23rd of August, we are heading to Latin America where we are going to enjoy some creative dishes such as a homemade burger with wild pig meat .

Depending on the weather, we also invite our guest having lunch on our terrace
reinstoff is a modern gourmet restaurant, awarded with two Michelin stars and 18 Gault&Millau points. The restaurant is located in the historic Edison courtyards in Berlin-Mitte, where Germanys first light bulbs were manufactured a few decades ago. In this unique surrounding, chef Daniel Achilles and business economist Sabine Demel offer a gourmet restaurant, which is truly authentic for Berlin.
Because reinstoff is different – independently and therefore exceptionally personally, focused and diverse, inspiring and genuine. Here, everyone may be as he is. This applies for the chef and his creations as well as for the guests and for the team in service, that never sets itself in the limelight, but serves in a warm, natural and relaxed way.
In combination with the extraordinary industrial architecture of the historic Edison courtyards, the creative cuisine of Daniel Achilles - “awarded as Chef of the Year 2014 by Gault&Millau” and the location in the heart of Berlin, one can say without exaggeration that reinstoff is one of the most exciting restaurants in the German capital.
